Building a seamless digital ecosystem requires more than just intuitive design; it demands a radical commitment to partnership and technical accountability. Across our mobile platforms—specifically within the high-friction environments of QSR ordering and loyalty rewards—the goal is always to engineer an 'effortless' user journey. However, the reality of a modern tech stack is that the user experience is only as strong as its weakest integration.
When challenges arose with our initial vendor's POS injection and rewards synchronization, I stepped in to lead the diagnosis of those friction points. This experience reinforced that true UX leadership extends far beyond the interface—it involves auditing the entire stack to ensure the brand promise is backed by functional integrity. Having successfully navigated a transition to a more robust ordering partner, I am currently spearheading the redesign of our mobile experience to ensure our next evolution is as technically sound as it is visually refined.




Managing a brand’s digital presence requires the ability to balance high-level design with the operational realities of complex backend systems. Beyond the interface, I oversee the health of our digital ecosystem by working within diverse admin environments and pre-existing settings to maintain brand consistency and functionality. This role requires a deep architectural understanding of how various platforms talk to one another, ensuring that our marketing objectives never outpace our technical capabilities.In 2025, I spearheaded a comprehensive initiative to optimize our SEO and restructure our digital setup for peak organic performance. By auditing our site architecture and refining our technical foundation, I ensured that our brand visibility was as strong as our visual identity. I recently led the strategic search and selection of a new web development partner to build on this momentum—finding a collaborator who could integrate into our current tech stack while scaling for future growth. By bridging the gap between internal operations and external developers, I ensure our platforms are high-performing tools built to convert.
